Our young people’s panel is back for COA Week 2024!

We are honoured to host a four way Instagram Live between volunteers Harriet, George, Lily and Josh. 

The theme this year is breaking the silence. It’s important that we focus on what that really means because COAs so often unconsciously learn the family rules:

Join us to hear from our amazing young guests about how they’ve been affected by their parent’s drinking and how people can break the silence and find help.
